Michael Chaskalson is a keynote speaker, coach, consultant, and a pioneer in applying mindfulness to leadership. He has more than 40 years of personal experience of mindfulness practices. Michael is the founding director of Mindfulness Works; a Professor of Practice adjunct at Hult Ashridge Executive Education and an Associate at the Moller Institute at Churchill College at the University of Cambridge. He is the author or co-author of ‘The Mindful Workplace’, ‘Mindfulness in Eight Weeks’, 'Mindfulness for Coaches’ and ‘Mind Time’ and he co-led the world’s first wait-list control trial into the outcomes of mindfulness training for leaders

Michael is a pioneer in the application of mindfulness to leadership and other workplace contexts.
